Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton for an undisclosed fee

Mac Allister is expected to sign a five-year contract with Liverpool.

He has been capped six times by Argentina and scored his first goal for his country in a friendly against Estonia in March.

Mac Allister is a versatile midfielder who can play in a number of positions, including central midfield, attacking midfield and on the wings.

Mac Allister is a product of the Argentinos Juniors youth academy and joined Brighton in 2019 for a fee of £10 million.
